It's week two on the zone.. I did pretty well last week until the weekend. Friday night was tough because I went out and didn't have dinner until 11 pm. I ended up eating crab dip and tostados.. oh god! Another bad day on Saturday while celebrating a final holiday meal with my family. But, I got back on Saturday afternoon with a good snack and a good steak salad. I spent today cooking and preparing for next week. I have two different snacks ready to grab and go.
Snack 1
Eggs with yolk removed and replaced with hummus
Paprika on top for color and flavor
2 eggs (4 halves in a snack)
Snack 2
Waldorf Salad
a ton of celery
1/4 an apple
half a walnut chopped
1/2 teaspoon lowfat mayo
Then I made Chili and Scrimp scampi (with asparagus instead of pasta for lunch through the week). Hopefully, this will work better for me than last week. That made my head hurt and my hands dry from washing all of those freaking dishes.

Good for you! I'm actually finding it to be a bit fun to figure out each meal - with the blocks and all. Today is day 6 for me and I'm on track, and have lost 2lbs. Didn't prepare a ton of meals though for the coming week, so we'll see how it goes!!!
I have found preparation is the key. this week has been much less laboruos, because I did all of the labor on Sunday. Awesome to losing 2 pounds. I'm staying pretty steady at 125. Thanks for the protein powder too!
No problem! I'm sure you'll find it useful.
I can't believe I acutally prepared all of my lunches and snacks every night for the next day for work. Where the hell did this motivation come from, and what can I do to keep it?? :)
